Travel itinerary

1. Day: Arrival Skopje

Flight to Skopje. Here waits already the bus and the guide. Depending on the flight time we will do the first part of the city tour. We will see the old town with the fortress Kale, the church Sv. Spas, the grand Bazar as well as the National- and Holocoust Museum. Afterwards transfer to our Hotel in Skopje.

2. Day: Skopje – Vodno

Today we will see the New Town of Skopje around the Vardar river. On the main square we will see the new Alexander fountain as well as the house of Mother Teresa. In the afternoon we go up to the mountain Vodno. With the cable car we reach an altitude of around 1.000 meters and we enjoy a unique panoramic view to the mountains of Macedonia. Afterwards we visit the monastery Sv. Pantelemon with the famous byzantic frescos. In the evening typical Macedonian dinner in a restaurant with music.

3. Day: Macedonian Toscana

Excursion in the south to the so called Macedonian Toscana. First we visit the archeological site of Stobi, further we will taste the famous Macedonian wine.

4. Day: Departure

Transfer to the airport.
